Availment of this service means that I will be the one securing your desired tickets for an event. While you will still need to be on standby on the day of ticket sales for quick communication, you won’t need to worry about securing the tickets yourself—I’ll take care of it for you!Depending on the event and organizer’s ticketing guidelines, I may need to use your own ticketing platform account. Additionally, I will use your own payment method to secure your tickets, so please be ready to share your credentials. Rest assured, your information will be kept secure and will only be used for the purpose of securing your tickets.There will be a 50% down payment fee to reserve your ticketing assistance slot. The remaining 50% balance will be settled once I successfully secure your tickets. Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to secure any of your preferred tickets.

Fees will vary depending on the event. High-demand events tend to have more competition, which can impact securing your desired tickets. To find out the specific fee for an event you’re interested in, please refer to the List of Available Events section.
A 50% down payment is required to reserve your slot, with the remaining 50% due once your desired tickets are secured.
The ticketing assistance fee is per ticket.

Depending on the event’s ticketing guidelines, I may need to use your own account to secure your desired tickets.
Make sure to send the following details at least one day before ticket sales:

Preferred day (if applicable):
Preferred ticket tiers (Rank 1 to 5):
Preferred mode of payment:Please rank your Top 5 preferred ticket tiers/sections (priority and backups). If the event has seated options, be sure to specify the section, row, and seat preferences.
I will do my best to secure tickets in your preferred section, but row and seat choices are not 100% guaranteed as they depend on availability during the sale.
For some events, you may only be able to select your section. Regardless, I’ll aim to secure the best available row and seat within that section.
Please be on standby during ticket sale. I may need to message you for any questions or concerns while trying to secure your tickets. Every second counts during crucial ticketing!
I will use your own payment method to secure the tickets. Payment credentials should be sent at least two hours before ticket sales.
Full amount of the ticketing assistance fee will be refunded only when I am not able to secure your desired ticket/s.
Once your slot is reserved, we will move to Telegram for easier communication.

For events that have multiple event days, the links will give you bypass access to all event days (unless otherwise stated).
Once I successfully bypass the queue for an event, the service is considered successful. No refunds will be issued as long as the direct links are working!
Any backouts or cancellations will not be entertained.
Expect heavy traffic and potential website crashes for high-demand events. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control.

If I availed of the bypass access/direct link service, do I really not need to queue for the event during ticket sale?
Once you click on the direct links I will send, you will be redirected straight to the event page and ticket selection. No queue anymore!
I still advise you to enter the queue and have it on standby! But once you are able to bypass using my links, you won't need your original queue number anymore.
How long does it take before you send out the bypass/direct links?
If all goes smoothly, links are usually sent 1-15 minutes after the sale starts, so that will be 10:01 AM - 10:15 AM for 10AM ticket sales, 11:01 AM - 11:15 AM for 11AM ticket sales, and 12:01 NN - 12:15 NN for 12NN ticket sales.
I would like to avail your ticket assistance but I’m hesitant about sending my card details. Is it really safe?
I value my clients’ trust. I make sure that your information and card details will be kept secured and safe. This is not a scam (you can also check my proofs & feedbacks page to see testimonials from previous clients).
I also ask my clients to delete their card information after every transaction in our respective group chats or individual messages.
As an option, you can choose to pay with MAYA (instead of debit/credit cards) using their Scan QR feature to secure your tickets. Once selected as a payment method, I will send the QR to you as soon as I am able to cart your tickets. *Please take note though that this is only an option if the event organizer has MAYA as one of the payment options for the event.
How long will you keep on sending the bypass/direct links?
Depending on the demand for the event, I will continue to send links within 45 - 90 minutes after the ticket sale starts.
